You can view the Events pane from a company or from an open project.

The Company Events pane allows you to select a start and end date for the events you want to view. You can select an event type to filter the event list. Options are: Team/Member, Project, Device, Revoke, and All Events. You can add criteria in the Filter field to further narrow the events list.

To access the events UI:

1. Log in to Belden Horizon Data Manager.

2. Select a company. The Projects pane appears.

3. From the Navigation panel, select Events. The Events pane appears.

Refer to the following actions you can take on the Belden Horizon Data Manager User UI's Events pane.

[4] Filter: Search by User or Event

[5] Refresh

[6] Hide filter / Show filter

[7] Select Rows per page: 10, 50, 100

The Project Events pane includes:

The System Events list includes a timestamp, type, user, and event message for each event.

The Edge Devices Events pane allows you to select and apply a start and end date for the events you want to view. You can select options from the Severity, Component, Edge Device ID filters to further narrow the entries. You can filter a specific event by device or by component. You can click the device ID link, which navigates you to the selected Edge Device Details pane in the Events tab.

From the Events tab in the Edge Device Details pane, you can enable Forward Events. This allows you to receive alerts when you use actions and triggers in the Alerts module.

To access the Project Events pane:

1. Log in to Belden Horizon Data Manager.

2. Select a company. The Projects pane appears.

3. Do one of the following:

4. From the Navigation panel, select Events. The Events pane appears. By default, System Events tab appears.
